Hi gang! It’s Tottenham v Manchester United on Sunday with Jose Mourinho desperate for a much-needed three points. I’m also looking at the Ruhr Derby between Dortmund and Schalke, while Liverpool could win the Premier League in the Merseyside Derby. Bet here.

Tottenham v Manchester United – Premier League

This is match that could go a long way to deciding who plays in Europe next season. Jose Mourinho welcomes his old club Manchester United to his new home and he is not happy. Tottenham are eighth and winless in their last six games. They’ve been eliminated from two competitions in the last ten days and look short of confidence. United are fifth and are unbeaten in their last five league games. They have only conceded one goal in that time. Manchester United have won the last two meetings between these sides and I think they’ll beat Tottenham again.

My prediction: Tottenham 0 v 2 Manchester United – Manchester United Win (2.20)

Everton v Liverpool – Premier League

Liverpool are out of the Champions League now and are waiting to lift that elusive Premier League trophy. They could seal the title here in the Merseyside Derby should Manchester City lose on Saturday. Regardless of this, they will still be desperate to beat neighbours Everton. They’ve won 19 of their last 20 league games, while Everton haven’t won any of their last three games. The Toffees were beaten 4-0 by Chelsea last weekend and have already lost to Liverpool twice this season. In fact, they haven’t beaten Liverpool since 2010. I see an Away Win.

My prediction: Everton 1 v 2 Liverpool – Liverpool Win (1.75)

Dortmund v Schalke – Bundesliga

It’s the Ruhr Derby! Dortmund are out of the Champions League and can now focus all of their attention on the Bundesliga. They are second in the standings right now after four straight wins and come into the Ruhr Derby having won seven of their last ten home league games. Five of those have been on the handicap. Schalke haven’t won any of their last seven games, scoring only twice. They have a good recent record against Dortmund in the Ruhr Derby though. They have only lost one of the last five meetings. Despite this, I still expect Dortmund to win.

My prediction: Dortmund 2 v 0 Schalke – Dortmund Win with 0:1 Handicap (1.90)

Brighton v Arsenal – Premier League

In theory this should be a win for Arsenal. They haven’t lost any of their seven league games in 2020, having won three and drawn four. The Gunners also haven’t lost away from home in any competition since early November. Brighton, on the other hand, are still without a win in 2020. However, even though Arsenal have improved on their travels, they have still drawn each of their last five away games in the Premier League. They have also not won any of their last four games against Brighton. I think another Draw could be a good bet.

My prediction: Brighton 1 v 1 Arsenal – Both Teams to Score (1.65)

Newcastle v Sheffield United – Premier League

This is an interesting game. Newcastle have scored one goal in their last five league games but they’re clear of the relegation zone. That’s largely down to a defence that has conceded just five goals in that time (including four against Arsenal).  Steve Bruce’s side have only lost two of their last 15 home games in all competitions and I can see them making life tough for Sheffield United. The Blades are unbeaten in their last six games, and there have been Under 2.5 Goals in 13 of their last 15 league games. I think we’re due a low-scoring Draw.

My prediction: Newcastle 0 v 0 Sheffield United – Under 2.5 Goals (1.50)
