The Champions League and Europa League are back this week with tantalising showdowns in store. We’ve searched the odds and sifted through the stats to come up with these selections for you to contemplate. You can bet on these matches here.

Liverpool v Porto – Over 2.5 Goals – 1.60

Last season’s Champions League finalists Liverpool host Portuguese giants Porto in the first leg of the quarter-final. Six of the Reds’ last ten matches in the competition have seen three or more goals scored. Seven of Porto’s last ten matches in Europe’s premier competition has also seen Over 2.5 Goals scored. Moreover, seven of the last ten matches for each of these teams has seen Over 2.5 Goals.

Tottenham Hotspur v Manchester City – Manchester City Win – 1.80

An all English quarter-final sees favourites Manchester City visit the White Hart Lane to face Tottenham Hotspur in what is expected to be a pulsating affair. English champions Manchester City have won six of their last ten away matches in the Champions League. They’ve also beaten Spurs four times in a row, including two away from home. Since 30th December, City have lost just once, winning an astonishing 21 matches. City have won nine of their last ten away games in all competitions, and all of the last six.

Ajax v Juventus- Over 2.5 Goals – 2.00

Ajax look to continue with their terrific form ion the Champions league when they host Juventus at the Johan Cruijff Arena on Wednesday. The hosts, who breathtakingly blew away holders Real Madrid in the knockout stage, have scored 100 goals in the Eredivisie already. Three of their last five matches in this competition has seen three or more goals scored. In Ajax’s last five matches at home in the Champions League, only one hasn’t seen over 2.5 Goals. Furthermore, Over 2.5 Goals has been scored in three of Juventus’ last five matches in the competition. Therefore, both these teams have goals in them.

Arsenal v Napoli – Both Teams to Score – 1.55

Arsenal and Napoli clash in a huge quarter-final match in the Europa League. This competition is probably the only piece of silverware these two teams can have a go at, with their respective league titles beyond their grasp at this stage of the season. Arsenal have failed to score at home only once in their last ten in this competition. Napoli have scored in four of their last five away games in this competition. Despite their amazing home form, Arsenal’s defence should be troubled by Dries Mertens and company, who have scored four away goals in four matches.

Slavia Prague v Chelsea – Chelsea Win – 1.65

With a place in the top four not guaranteed in the Premier League this season, Chelsea’s Champions League hopes for next season could rely on winning the Europa League. Their journey begins with a difficult trip to the Czech Republic to face Slavia Prague. The Blues have not lost a single match in the Europa League since 2013, winning 12 and drawing one. They have also won six of their last seven away matches in this competition. Meanwhile, the hosts have won only four of their last ten home matches in the competition. Therefore, given Chelsea’s ambition to finish the season with a trophy and the quest to play in the Champions League, they should win this game.
