Champions League Matchweek 3 is here. Inter, Spurs and Real Madrid are looking for their first wins, while Atalanta and Bayer Leverkusen are treading on dangerous grounds. Here are some of the Things to look out for in the Champions League: Matchweek 3. Bet on these games here.

First win for Inter?

Internazionale welcome Borussia Dortmund knowing they’ll need to kick-start their stuttering Champions League campaign. The Italian side have picked up only one point from their first two fixtures and trail both Dortmund and Barcelona, who beat the Nerazzurri in their last match, by three points. Antonio Conte’s men have started the season strongly and head into this clash high in confidence after a 4-3 win over the weekend. Dortmund registered a narrow 1-0 win over local rivals Borussia Monchengladbach. Still, this was just their second win in five games. They’ve also lost four of their last eight away games in the Champions League. Despite that one loss against Juventus in Serie A, Inter have been flawless at home and should give the Germans a run for their money.

Real Madrid to struggle, again?

Real Madrid take on Galatasaray hoping to secure maximum points to move up the Group A table after collecting only one point from their two opening games and which leaves them bottom of the group. Zinedine Zidane’s men have been poor on their travels winning twice in their last 11 away matches in all competitions. They were hammered 3-0 by PSG in their first group game and almost got shell-shocked by Club Brugge on matchday two. They suffered a 1-0 defeat over the weekend in La Liga and head into this match in dreadful form having won just one match in their last five. Can they get back on track in Istanbul?

End of the road for Atalanta and Bayer Leverkusen?

Both Atalanta and Leverkusen have lost all of their matches in this season’s competition. Atalanta, who are making their first appearance in the competition, were hammered 4-0 and 2-1 in their first two games against Dinamo Zagreb and Shakhtar Donetsk respectively. The bad news is, they’re facing giants Manchester City in their next match in Manchester. Can they save their season against City? Meanwhile, Leverkusen lost 2-1 and 3-0 in their first two matches and just like Atalanta, they face an uphill battle in their next game which is against Atletico Madrid away from home. They’ve also lost three of their last four matches away from home conceding a whopping ten goals. Can they survive in Madrid?

Ajax good form to continue

Dutch giants Ajax are on good form at the moment. They currently sit top of the Eredivise on 26 points and have managed to win both their matches in the Champions League and sit pretty at the top of Group H with maximum points. Chelsea started their Champions League campaign off on the wrong foot losing 1-0 to Valencia but bounced back to win 2-1 against Lille. However, Frank Lampard’s side are inexperienced in Europe and they’ll face a tough test in Amsterdam against a battle-hardened side.

Spurs poor run to continue

Tottenham Hotspur’s dreadful form continued on Saturday as they drew 1-1 at home against Watford in the Premier League. They’ve won just three games all season in all competitions and Mauricio Pochettino is now walking on a very tight rope. They host Red Star Belgrade tonight in a must-win game. They are yet to win in this season’s competition. They were hammered 7-2 in their last match against Bayern Munich and at the moment they look tired, bored and incapable of performing at the top level.
