Both Real Betis and Valencia are coming into this Copa del Rey semi-final match following impressive showings in La Liga over the weekend. Betis defeated league contenders Atletico Madrid 1-0 while Valencia got a hard-fought point against Barcelona. You can bet on this match here.

Betis have been inconsistent. They have won just three games in the last ten games in all competitions. However, a win against the second-best team in La Liga over the weekend should give them some confidence against Los Che. They beat Espanyol in a two-legged quarter-final tie.

Valencia seem to have gotten some momentum after a stuttering start to the season. They stunned Getafe in the second-leg of the quarter-final after losing the first leg away from home. Los Che snatched a point at the Camp Nou against Barcelona and have lost just once in seven games.

Betis are a formidable opponent at home. They’ve lost just three times at home in all competitions this season. They shared the spoils the last time they met at the Mestalla. The away side are solid defensively but they struggle to score goals and a cagey encounter is in store at the Benito Villamarín Stadium.

Betting preview

Betis have built some much-needed momentum at home. They’ve won three on the bounce in all competitions at home. Valencia have won just four away games in all competitions this season Therefore you can back a Double Chance Real Betis at odds of 1.45.

The hosts have won by a single goal in 83 per cent of their home wins so far this term. And given Valencia’s struggle in front of goal, this is expected to be a very close game. So you can back Under 2.5 Goals at odds of 1.75.

Real Betis have conceded a goal in three of their last four home games while Valencia have found the back of the net in four of their last five away matches. Therefore you can back Both Teams to Score at odds of 1.75.

Team news

Betis midfielder William Carvalho and defender Marc Bartra are the only concerns for the home side while striker Cristian Tello is out until March.
