Manchester City will want to remain at the summit of the Premier League with a win over Chelsea on Sunday. Bet on the game here.
Manchester City made a return to the top of the Premier League table with a nervy 2-0 win away to the out of form Everton. The win followed on from their dismantling of Arsenal last weekend leaving them above Liverpool on goal difference. Chelsea, Crystal Palace, Leicester, and Newcastle have all taken three point off the Citizens, but the fact that only one of these losses has come at the Etihad is key.
Chelsea’s recent performances have not been very convincing but they will be hoping they can keep the pressure in the title race. They clinched a 5-0 win against bottom of the table Huddersfield last weekend, but that came just a few days after they fell to a 4-0 defeat away to Bournemouth.
Betting preview
Manchester City have won ten of their 13 home league games this season by two goals or more, and Chelsea have lost four of their last seven away games, making odds of 1.50 for a Home Win look attractive.
Sergio Aguero bagged a hat trick against Arsenal last weekend and has an incredible record of 40 goals in 62 appearances against fellow Big Six sides and he makes an excellent punt for the Anytime Goalscorer market odds of 1.95.
There have been Over 2.5 Goals scored in Man City’s last nine home games and the same is true in four of Chelsea’s last five outings. You can back Over 2.5 Goals at odds of 1.60.

Benjamin Mendy is a doubt with an ongoing knee complaint, though Pep Guardiola will hope to have him fit to at least make the squad here. Kevin De Bruyne and Raheem Sterling are likely to start, with Ilkay Gundogan and Bernardo Silva set to drop out.
