Juventus and AC Milan will jet off to Saudi Arabia to feature in the Supercoppa Italiana on Wednesday. You can bet on the match by clicking here.

The two sides will be bidding for silverware, as the Italian champions chase the first trophy they are in the running for this season. Admittedly, this is not top of Juve’s priorities, but the allure for glory is surely going to get the better of them. A win here will see them make the first step of achieving a treble at the end of this season.

AC Milan for their part are not having the best season, but recent results will go a long way in boosting their confidence. They have won their last two outings and they will want to remind everyone that they are capable of challenging for titles as well.

That said, it is expected that the Old Lady will carry the day. Whether The Rossoneri can get in between them and silverware will remain to be seen.

Betting preview

The last five meetings between the two sides have produced wins for Juventus whereas three out of the last four were to nil. This makes odds of 2.25 really attractive for a Juventus Win to Nil.

There have been Under 2.5 Goals scored in all but one of AC Milan’s last five outings and the same is true for three of Juve’s last five outings. There is good value in backing Under 2.5 Goals at odds of 1.80 at the link at the top of this article.

Cristiano Ronaldo has settled to life in Serie A pretty fast and so far he leads their goalscoring charts. He made an appearance from the bench in their last Coppa Italia fixture and is likely to feature from the start here. With his 14 goals in all competitions this season, he makes an excellent punt for the Anytime Goalscorer market at odds of 1.70.

Team news

Mario Mandzukic is unavailable for this fixture which means Douglas Costa might start on the left flank after a good outing in the Coppa Italia. Paulo Dybala and Ronaldo should complete the attacking trio, with Federico Bernardeschi missing out.

Gonzalo Higuaín is on loan with AC Milan from Juventus but he is expected to play here. Suso is serving a suspension, and for this reason, Lucas Paquetá might start again following his debut in the Coppa Italia against Sampdoria.

Possible lineups

Juventus: Szczesny, Sciglio, Bonucci, Chiellini, Sandro, Bentancur, Pjanic, Matuidi, Dybala, Ronaldo, Costa.

AC Milan: Donnarumma, Calabria, Zapata, Romagnoli, Rodriguez, Calhanoglu, Kessie, Bakayoko, Paqueta, Higuain, Cutrone.
