Barcelona betting tips

Hello gang! La Liga is back and Barcelona have the advantage in the table. They face a tough away game on Saturday before the Madrid sides are in action on Sunday. You can bet on all of these games here.

Fortuna Dusseldorf v Borussia Dortmund – Bundesliga

Dortmund scored six times in their last away game and I think they will be equally dominant this time. Dusseldorf are 16th and have only won two league games in 2020. In contrast, Lucien Favre’s side are second in the standings. They’ve won ten of their 12 league games this year and have only conceded twice since the season resumed. Considering they beat the hosts 5-0 in December, a Dortmund win seems like a reasonable bet.

My prediction: Fortuna Dusseldorf 0 v 2 Borussia Dortmund – Dortmund Win (1.35)

Bayern Munich v B M’Gladbach – Bundesliga

Bayern could win the league here should Dortmund lose earlier in the day. The Bavarians have won 16 of their 17 games in all competitions in 2020; 11 of those wins have been on the handicap. They have also scored five goals in each of their home games in the Bundesliga since the season resumed. Monchengladbach are aiming for a place in the top four. They’ve only won two of their last five games and, even though they have beaten Bayern in three of their last five meetings, I still think the hosts will be far too strong.

My prediction: Bayern Munich 3 v 0 B M’Gladbach – Bayern Win with 0:1 Handicap (1.85)

Mallorca v Barcelona – La Liga

Barcelona are back! The La Liga leaders can extend the gap with Real Madrid if they win at Mallorca, who are 18th in the standings. However, they have only won one of their last five away games in all competitions, and haven’t kept a clean sheet in any of their last ten matches on the road. Mallorca have already beaten Real Madrid and Valencia at home this season, so Barcelona have got to be careful. I predict an Away Win, but I think Barcelona might concede.

My prediction: Mallorca 1 v 2 Barcelona – Both Teams to Score (1.80)

Athletic Bilbao v Atletico Madrid – La Liga

I don’t expect many goals in this game. Bilbao have only won one of their last five home games in La Liga. Their last six home games have all featured Under 2.5 Goals. Meanwhile, Atletico are sixth and need to start winning. However, they’ve only tasted victory in three of their 13 away league games this season. Under 2.5 Goals have been scored in 11 of those. They also lost 2-0 here last season. I’m backing a Draw.

My prediction: Athletic Bilbao 0 v 0 Atletico Madrid – Under 2.5 Goals (1.45)

Real Madrid v Eibar – La Liga

Before the break Real Madrid were struggling. They had only won one of their last five games, albeit that was a 2-0 win over Barcelona, and had slipped to second in La Liga. However, they have only conceded nine league goals at home this season, so Eibar face a struggle to even score. They have only netted eight away goals this season – the joint-fewest in La Liga. I see a Home Win.

My prediction: Real Madrid 2 v 0 Eibar – Both Teams to Score No (1.70)
