Mr. Predictor's Preview for the Football Jackpot King: December 7-9

Hello gang! Plenty of people have been asking me for my Football Jackpot King tips, so every week I’m going to preview ten of the games. Good luck everyone!

Levante v Valencia (La Liga)

Levante have won three of their last five games, picking up wins against Barcelona and Mallorca on home turf. They’ve won four of their seven home games this season. Valencia also haven’t won on any of their last six visits to Levante, losing on four of those occasions.

Eibar v Getafe (La Liga)

Things have gone wrong for Eibar lately. They’ve now lost three games in a row and are only two points above the relegation zone. It’s very different for Getafe. They are unbeaten in their last five league games, winning three of those. They haven’t lost to Eibar since 2015 and have won two of their last three meetings.

Osasuna v Sevilla (La Liga)

Osasuna have impressed me since they were promoted back to La Liga, but this is a tough game for them. Sevilla are third in the standings, just a single point behind Barcelona and Real Madrid. They’re unbeaten in their last ten games in all competitions and have won five of their eight away league games this season.

Leganes v Celta Vigo (La Liga)

Two teams in the relegation zone square up on Sunday. Leganes are bottom after 11 defeats in 15 games. They’ve only picked up one win all season, which will give Celta some confidence. They are seven points above their hosts in the table and are unbeaten in their last two games. They also beat Villarreal in their last away game.

Aston Villa v Leicester (Premier League)

I expect a really exciting game here. Villa are developing a reputation of not being able to beat the big sides, even when they are arguably the better team. Leicester can be counted amongst the top teams now. They’re in great form and have only lost two away games this season – at Man United and Liverpool.

Newcastle v Southampton (Premier League)

Steve Bruce is starting to steady the ship at St. James’ Park. The Magpies are unbeaten there since the opening day of the season and picked up a very respectable draw against Man City there last weekend. Southampton are showing signs of improvement with back-to-back wins, but I’m not convinced yet. They’ve also conceded three goals on each of their last two visits to Newcastle.

Norwich v Sheffield United (Premier League)

These teams both came up from the Championship at the end of last season, but since then their paths have been very different. Norwich are in the relegation zone and have won two of their home games all season. Sheffield United have been the draw experts on the road – six of their seven away games have ended level. Guess what? Last season’s meeting at Carrow Road was a draw!

Sampdoria v Parma (Serie A)

Sampdoria have only lost twice at home this season. Three of their last four home games have ended in a draw. Parma haven’t won any of their last five away games, but the last three have also been draws.

Tottenham v Burnley (Premier League)

Spurs have won both of their home games since Jose Mourinho took the reins. Burnley have given them some tough matches in recent seasons. However, the Clarets have only won three of their last 15 away games. They’ve also lost seven of their last ten games against “Big Six” sides.

Bologna v AC Milan (Serie A)

These teams are side by side in the table at the start of the weekend, so you can expect an even game. That said, Milan have won four of their last five games against Bologna. The Rossoneri have won three of their last six away games, too, while Bologna lost 4-0 to Udinese in their last game on Wednesday.
