Mr. Predictor gives us his thoughts on the Manchester Derby and more!

Hello gang. I got all five of my Match Tips correct in midweek! Here are five more for the weekend, along with the stats and reasons behind my choices. You can bet on all of the weekend games here.

Borussia M’gladbach 1 v 2 Bayern Munich – Saturday 7 December – Bundesliga – Both Teams to Score and Over 2.5 Goals (1.55)

Borussia Monchengladbach have taken Bayern Munich’s usual place at the top of the Bundesliga and the champions want it back! Victory here would be a big step forward, given that they are currently four points behind the hosts. Gladbach have won eight of their last ten league games, though, so it won’t be easy. I expect a reaction from Bayern after they lost against Leverkusen and I think we’re going to get goals. Both Teams to Score and Over 2.5 Goals has been a winning bet in four out of five league games for Gladbach.

Bournemouth 1 v 3 Liverpool – Saturday 7 December – Premier League – Liverpool Win (1.45)

It didn’t matter that Jurgen Klopp rested several players in midweek as Liverpool’s reserve players put five goals past Everton. They are still eight points clear at the top after six straight wins. Bournemouth, on the other hand, are in trouble. They have lost their last four games and their recent record against Liverpool is terrible. Klopp’s men have won their last four games against the Cherries, scoring 14 goals and conceding none. I think that more players will sit this game out though, so Liverpool will win but it won’t be another embarrassment.

Man City 2 v 1 Man United – Saturday 7 December – Premier League – Both Teams to Score (1.80)

The Manchester Derby should be very exciting. Man City looked back to their best against Burnley and Gabriel Jesus’ double will have given him some confidence after a few games without a goal. The champions have won 22 of their last 25 home games in the Premier League, but their defence doesn’t convince me. Both Teams to Score has been a winning bet in their last eight games overall. It’s also happened in United’s last five games. The Red Devils were brilliant against Tottenham but have only won one away league game since February. I’m backing a Home Win, but I think United can get a goal.

Lazio 1 v 2 Juventus – Saturday 7 December – Serie A – Over 2.5 Goals (1.70)

This is a tough game for Juventus, especially after they drew at home to Atalanta last weekend. Lazio are third in the Serie A, six points behind Juventus, and have won their last six matches in the league. Their games provide plenty of entertainment, too. There have been Over 2.5 Goals in their last nine league games. The Old Lady are unbeaten in league this season with 11 wins and three draws. They’ve won three times in a row against Lazio, and I don’t think they will drop points again. I’m going for an Away Win.

Aston Villa 1 v 2 Leicester – Sunday 8 December – Premier League – Both Teams to Score (1.60)

It was another Leicester win in midweek, which means they’ve now won seven in a row in the Premier League. I think it will take a very strong performance to beat the Foxes right now. Can Villa do that? I’m not sure. I said earlier this week that Villa play well but don’t win many games, and I was proven right as they lost 2-1 to Chelsea (a winning tip and score!). They have lost three of their last five games now and I think Leicester will be too strong. I’m backing Both Teams to Score here – it’s happened in four of Villa’s last five games.
