Top 5 Bets for the weekend: April 13-15

Three of our top tips for this weekend come from the Premier League, while we also take in some La Liga action. Bet here.

Tottenham v Huddersfield – Tottenham Win with 0:1 Handicap – 1.60

Tottenham have won three of their last five home matches by at least a two goal margin, including their only league game at their new stadium. Crystal Palace were the opponents that night, while Borussia Dortmund and Leicester were previously defeated 3-0 and 3-1 respectively. Huddersfield have also lost three of their past five overall games by two or more goals, the latest of which came last weekend against Leicester. They have played Tottenham three times in the Premier League era, losing 2-0, 2-0 and 4-0. Expect another straightforward win for Spurs.

Southampton v Wolves – Both Teams to Score – 1.95

Both sides have scored in seven of Southampton’s last ten matches as new coach Ralph Hasenhuttl has impressed his attacking philosophy upon the Saints. Their recent home games have been particularly open, with nine of the last ten having seen goals at both ends. Four of Wolves’ last five games have featured both teams on the scoresheet, as have six of their last ten away games. What will happen when these teams meet?

Zulte-Waregem v Royal Excel Mouscron – Both Teams to Score – 1.45

Eight of Zulte-Waregem’s last ten games have seen both sides score. They have an identical record at home, where both teams have scored in eight of their last ten games. Mouscron have scored and conceded in four of their last five games, as well as in five of their six matches against Zulte-Waregem since the start of last season.

Athletic Bilbao v Rayo Vallecano – Athletic Bilbao Win – 1.60

Athletic Bilbao have not lost any of their last 11 home league games and, following three wins in four games, have climbed to eighth in La Liga. In contrast, Rayo Vallecano are 19th and have lost eight of their past ten matches. They have also lost eight of their last ten away games, including each of the past five. Athletic have won their last three meetings with Vallecano on home turf, and form suggests that it will be no different this time.

Watford v Arsenal – Both Teams to Score – 1.45

Last weekend’s defeat at Everton means that Arsenal have only kept one clean sheet away in the Premier League since December 2017. Thirteen of their 15 away games this campaign have seen them score and concede. Both teams have scored in all of Watford’s last six matches. The same has happened in seven of their last ten home games, including each of the last three. Since Watford were promoted in 2016, both of their meetings with Arsenal at Vicarage Road have seen both teams score. To summarise: Goals Galore.
