Mr. Predictor looks at the European qualifiers

Legia Warsaw v Cork City – Tuesday 17 July – Champions League Qualifier – BET HERE

Legia have to bounce back from their surprise defeat in the Polish Super Cup, but it’s fair to say that this game will mean more. They’ve won three of their last five games, including a 1-0 win in the first leg last week. Cork have lost four of their past five matches overall and have never won a Champions League qualifier away from home. I’m backing Legia to finish the job here.

Match Tip: Legia Win with -1 Handicap
Mr. Predictor’s Verdict: Legia Warsaw 2 v 0 Cork City

Rosenborg v Valur – Wednesday 18 July – Champions League Qualifier – BET HERE

Having lost 1-0 in Iceland last week, Rosenborg have to turn it around here. They have plenty of experience in European football but have only won two of their past five home games in Champions League matches. Valur have not lost any of their last three games but haven’t played at this level since 2008. I predict a narrow Rosenborg win, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see extra time.

Match Tip: Under 2.5 Goals
Mr. Predictor’s Verdict: Rosenborg 1 v 0 Valur

Qarabag v Olimpja – Wednesday 18 July – Champions League Qualifier – BET HERE

Qarabag have only one win in their last five matches, although that was away to Olimpja in the first leg. The visitors haven’t won any of their past four matches and have drawn all three of their recent friendlies. Qarabag were in the group stages last season, when they were unfortunate to be drawn alongside Roma, Chelsea and Atletico. I think they’ll win this game.

Match Tip: Qarabag Win
Mr. Predictor’s Verdict: Qarabag 2 v 1 Olimpja

Maccabi Tel Aviv v Ferencvaros – Thursday 19 July – Europa League Qualifier – BET HERE

Maccabi are on a nine-game unbeaten streak at the moment and have the momentum in this tie after a late equaliser in the first leg last week. They have lost three of their past five Europa League games, but Ferencvaros haven’t won any of their last three European matches and have drawn four of their past five games. I’m going with a Home Win.

Match Tip: Maccabi Win
Mr. Predictor’s Verdict: Maccabi Tel Aviv 2 v 0 Ferencvaros

Molde v Glenavon – Thursday 19 July – Europa League Qualifier – BET HERE

Even though they lost the first leg, Molde can take comfort from their recent form in the Europa League ahead of this clash. They’ve beaten Celtic, Sevilla and Standard Liege in their last five home games in the competition. Glenavon’s victory last week was their first ever in this tournament following eight defeats in a row. I think Molde will win this one, and I can see a few goals too.

Match Tip: Over 2.5 Goals
Mr. Predictor’s Verdict: Molde 3 v 1 Glenavon
